ITI RIP OFF EBA BALLOT NO VOTE

Australia's largest timber wholesale distributor ITI are trying to get a dodgy sub-standard EBA voted up at their Port Adelaide site and CFMEU are ramping up the NO vote campaign.

The company are trying to rip the Timber Industry Award 2010 out of the agreement and bring in a dud retail super fund.

Members have been striking since early April 2017 and have been to the Fair Work Commission on two occasions.

Last week the company accepted they were underpaying casual workers and have been forced to make backpay.

The company continues to underpay casual workers superannuation.

ITI are breaching various Fair Work Act 2009 guidelines for making agreements.
