Election Report

E2014/139 – NSW District Assistant Secretary: An election report in relation to E2014/139, the election for the office of NSW District Assistant Secretary has been received by the Union.  Members of the NSW District may obtain a copy of the report by request. Requests for copies of the report can be made either to the Union or the Australian Electoral Commission.

Notice of application for alteration of Divisional rules

The CFMEU, Forestry, Furnishing, Building Products and Manufacturing Division (FFPD) has made application to the Fair Work Commission for alteration of the Divisional Rules of the Construction, Forestry, Mining & Energy Union, FFPD.  A notice in accordance with Regulation 126 (1) (a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission

A notice in accordance with Regulation 126 (1) (a) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Regulations 2009 setting out the particulars of the alteration has been lodged with the Fair Work Commission.
